This puppy is guaranteed to be in good
physical condition, free of any
infectious disease and to be a good Pet. The puppy will be free of worms,
Kennel Cough, and giardia when you
receive it since these are things that
your puppy can contact at any time it is
your responsibility to see that it has
continued protection from them by proper
vaccinations and care. You will receive
a health certificate showing the
vaccination record for your puppy and
You must take this record and the puppy
to your Veterinarian within 72 hours of
delivery and keep the vaccinations and
worming current or this contract will be
void.
The Puppy is guaranteed against any
congenital disease or condition until it
is one year of age, for any life
threatening condition that is verified
by a Veterinarian. If the health
problems are manifested within that year
we are to be contacted immediately. We
require a written report and copies of
any x-rays from the attending
Veterinarian. If this puppy should die
the Veterinarian report must include the
date and type of illness, the autopsy
report and also the breed sex and color
of the puppy.
WE DO NOT PAY ANY VETERINARY BILLS NOR
DEATH RESULTING FROM HYPOGLYCEMIA It is
mutually understood and agreed that any
litigati on
regarding this sale shall be brought
about in the County and State where the
breeder resides. Credit or replacement
of the puppy will be given only after we
have received the registration paper,
Veterinarian report and the puppy
returned or Euthanasia used.If a puppy
is returned for any reason it will be at
the buyers expense.
The parents of this purebred puppy are
registered either with (APRI) American
Pet Registry Inc. (AKC) American Kennel
Club or dual registered with both.
If the puppy is purchased with AKC for
pet only the papers will be checked
Limited Registration (Which means the
puppy will be registered but any off
spring resulting from breeding will not
be eligible for AKC registration. If the
puppy is sold with AKC breeding rights
the application will not be checked
limited. Registration application papers
will be given at the time of full
payment and delivery of puppy.
This puppy is being sold
as a loving pet and not as breeding
stock, It will not be guaranteed for
fertility, and for a happy healthy pet
we recommend having him/her
spayed/neutered at around 6 months of
age or as your Veterinarian advise.
Please have an annual check up for your
new pet and remember that the puppy's
booster shots are not finished until
around 16 to 18 weeks of age.
